Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Delivery to the United States takes between 7-15 business days. Shipping is free on all orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at support@primehome.com and we will guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
